I share your excitement for these! Planet of the Apes is one of the best licenses that Mego has right now. My hope is that they will produce a lot more Apes figures going forward.👍

I'm definitely gonna have to get these Planet of the Apes figures. I think Mego really did a great job on these! I wish the accessories were better tho.

Yes, the accessories on new Mego figures are kinda hit and miss. Sometimes they are awesome like on the G.I. Joe Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow set, but other times they are lackluster or non-existent. It's something they need to work on.

Very cool, Zira in those clothes is odd but neat that they try to throw in some other movie themes from the various movies...I love the Caesar, still my favorite of your reviews on Apes.

Not that I'm aware of, but anything is possible. Demand is very high for Apes stuff among Mego fans, so my hope is that they will keep producing a lot more.

@@LogicBlaster I bought Brent and Taylor too. I have sll but the Escape Zira you have here. I really enjoy them. I have several 70s Apes too. And Verdon and Burke. Hard to get in England. Took me a long time.

I cant say I like the Zira out fit and would immediately order a new one from somewhere that matches her original outfit from the films and I dunno about the vinyl on the out fits will it start cracking in 10 to 15 years ????

Zira should come with a glass of wine as an accessory, missed opportunity imo. Nice looking figure tho. I really hope they do Dr Milo in the ANSA spacesuit.
