Idk if you take requests, and if it's not too much to ask, can you try the first half Acheron with S1 gnsw and no Black Swan, and preferably Gepard (if you have him) using the trend lc (instead of Gallagher). Mainly because this is the state of my acc rn lol, I'm still on the fence about pulling for Acheron, and whether she'll really output decent dmg since I'm totally f2p in terms of lc and team mates. It's hard to find content where I can see anyone not using S1 signature or like BS or SW TwT

Can you only apply a debuff using pela's normal atk with that lightcone?

You can apply the debuff with any of her attacks. But since her ult applies a debuff and her E4 makes her skill apply a debuff as well, its better to use a normal attack to apply the LC debuff
