Renault who have the exact same kangoo is "punishing" their customers and purposely making it mandatory to have the thermal engine version only with a manual transmission, to entice customers to buy the electric version of the Kangoo. On the contrary, mercedes with the right commercial mind, without "obsessions" with thermal engines, offers even the small diesel engine an automatic transmission. Bravo to Mercedes, foul to obsessive Renault.
