I have recently taken delivery of the EQA 250 and it is better than I expected It handles beautifully around corners and the interior is a masterpiece Not everyone wants to buy the fastest car - or with spaceship looks or even the quickest 0-60 mph Everything is carefully thought out and delivered in the build quality I test drove 3 other similar EV cars and the EQA was for me the better

Totally agree! I test drove every EV you can imagine and this is the only one I fell in love with 5min into driving it😆 I dont understand the obsession with 0-100 speed. In daily driving who cares?! This one feels fast enough for real life driving and so comfortable! Ordered mine and getting it in september!

Great review. Pity merc still push those horrible dark interiors, dull as ditch water Audi black. Piano black plastic is a dirt magnet. Cream or light beige interiors including seats and doors needed. We spend 99% of the time looking at the interior of cars rather than the exterior. Performance understandably underwhelming as this is an ICE platform with an electric drive train fitted rather than a EV platform from the ground up.

Great detailed review. There are some things you compared with Tesla. You however did not mention that this is the AMG line with the premium package. The base trim does not come with glass roof, electric seats, navigation system and wireless charging?? Seriously this should be included for such an expensive vehicle, its included in all Teslas. Overpriced and slow, ugly from the rear, will probably sell to female buyers. Mercedes should have built the EV from scratch. Serious mistake.

I was waiting for Mercedes because I love the styling and the interiors, but I am a bit disappointed that they charge extra for basic items. Would you know if you can download apps like Spotify and Netflix etc.Thanks again for your review

@@stefanomalorni4220 It depends on how high your acceptable standards are, the build/paint quality is questionable, the interior materials are quite cheap, although they have improved a lot recently its still not 100%. There are still some issues with panel gaps and alignment, the ride quality is too firm for me since the M3 and MY don’t have an air suspension, the external noise is quite loud when driving. There are lots of articles you can look up.
