How long did it take you to get all those updates on the stone and relics and on what difficulty is best to farm?

He modded his game to get his Prism maxed. It would take hundreds of hours to get it to where his is, and the DLC hasnt even been out that long.

He only has 1 that I can see. Rest are just amulet/ring and boss rush buffs.

You can wear the Brew masters amulet and get 2 extra, throw on the Feastmasters signit and that's a 4th, there is a legendary prism perk that gives you 5 more, and if you run alchemist you can use 4 concoctions. This means if you were to use alchemist prime, get the prism, wear the ring and the amulet you could have 12 concoctions active and you'd even get them all for an extra 30 minutes which I believe could be extended to up to an extra 90 minutes if you wore the right rings and were spec'd into the right traits. Hope this helps for anyone curious how some people might be able to use every concoction in the game.
