Biometric is only for the verification .You physically need to visit either taxation depqrtement or E Khidmatmarkaz ,Tranfer of ownership TO form ,Cnic Seller Purchaser ,Orignal certificate of registration And 2 witness one for seller and one for purchaser these are the document and process is simple

This information is sketchy, incomete and misleading. E Sahulat centers only peovide biometric verification slips and play no role in transfering of a used vehicle (from seller to buyer). For that a buyer has to to phycically visit the office of concerned motor registration / Excise office.
