Fine video, I'd just point out the braking system of this trainset: Basically there is a rheostatic controller that itself has some fixed positions, and you control those positions by switching between B1-B1a-B2. Putting the main control lever to B1 turns the rheostatic controller to first braking position, which is efficient enough to slow down from higher speeds, but fades at about 40 km/h. Then you can either click between B1 and B1a and add more braking positions manually (the more you wanna slow down the more positions you have to "click") or set the lever to B2 and let the rheostat turn automatically. The catch is, if you put the main control lever into "0" position, the rheostat turns all the way back and when you're trying to stop from, say, 20 km/h after you put the lever to "0", it takes quite a while for the rheostatic controller to turn all the way into some efficient braking position, so it's actually more efficient to use indenpendent air brakes if you already set main controls to "0" and are still travelling at speed less than 20-25 km/h 😁 Great video otherwise, don't worry about butchering the names, we Czechs have quite a difficult language.

So a czech person here. I'm glad you're enjoying it. It's just a little tip on how to pronounce the stations and creator. The creator is Dom-inik -Voy-tah And it runs from Dej-vic-kaa To - Naa- Mess-Tii Mii-ru

1970's eh. "I'm back in the U.S.S.R. You don't know how lucky you are, boy. Back in the U.S.S.R..." The Beatles Oh boy this is a coffee level game because you need to be sharp while running on this one. Oh and a big salute whenever you take on a new games because it's challenging to try and coherently talk about the game while learning the ins and outs of running it. It's definetly tougher than walking and chewing gum at the same time. Salute!

First images, I went “This must be Praha…”. Not because I’m such a smart Norwegian (definitely not), but because I knew Praha and Oslo share(d) a lot of tech from the same mid-late 60s period. I was never able to dig out how this came to be - coincidental or some “deal” during the Cold War. This also goes for Stockholm, but those were all “natural”, as neighbouring countries, and the Swedes knowing a thing or two about railway engineering and stock.

God, what a super cool game! I felt like a giant caterpillar crawling through the earth😅 I love the mission aspect as well as the realism of the train and line. These guys are knocking it out of the park. I'm sure it will live up to it's potential as long as it's successful on pre-release. I do very much dislike the camera zoom. That is my only critcism so far. ... that and your driving! 🤨

10:55 you weren't wrong with that nuclear bunker. It was and still is capable of being a shelter for few hundred thousand people and withstanding nuclear blast. And the layout is still mostly classified. 43:40 the 81-71 is not in regular service. Almost all of 81-71 were upgraded to 81-71M (on the picture from depo to the right from 81-71).

i highly reccomend try Metrostroi for Garry's mod, it's good simulator addon, but for that better use dedicated server, on singleplayer you get problems with perfomance
