Cool video. I used to spend a lot of time in this same area. Havent been able to draw deer there ever and haven't had a elk tag there for 15 years. Pretty sad.

What unit?...I have a archery deer tag for unit 21 in September...not familiar with that unit...

21 can be a good unit to hunt deer. I’d be mindful of the burn in 21A from the Black Fire. We took a trip in there before the fire and it looked like great deer country. We don’t know what it looks like after the burn. 21B is also a good place to look for big deer. Send us a DM on Instagram or Facebook and we will point you in the right direction!

I checked out Javelina in 21B and ran into some deer off of CO Rd 021. I have a rifle deer tag in unit 51. Good Luck!
