As for the mic issue the others are talking about, you're using a noise gate to try to reduce background noise, but the noise gate is affecting your normal speech when you speak softly, as you do when you feel threatened or uneasy. I tend not to run any such thing, it mutes the 'character' of the voice a bit. The lesser huffing and puffing tends to get filtered out, but I also don't know your recording environment. I also tend to be very quiet in general. Alternatively, you might be using an AGC to normalize the volume (Automatic Gain Control). This has a tendency to walk the sensitivity of the mic upward over time the less you speak, as it attempts to elevate the background noise to the volume of your speaking voice.

I always take this gun for Ace given my bad aim. I think of it as, "If can't land all my shots, I can at least land one", and then I just hipfire or melee them if possible, or I end up getting downed myself.

What are your thoughts on Ace W2? I remember when I started playing and unlocked it, I really liked it, despite sucking and never winning while using it lol. I think I settled on W1 as my favorite, but I was tempted by the ttk for W3.

I haven't actually tried it since the most recent update, in the past its felt workable with a 2-2-2 build, relying on its quick charge time and the vulnerable expertise to do damage

Did they patch the Madamé Xiu VIP walk to open gold doors? Any other noteworthy changes/new secret doors other than the one bathroom and construction things on Diamond Spire? (Excluding the entire Operation: Overhaul general update, of course.)

No other new secret doors, other noteworthy map changes are: there's a new section of the Silver Reef vault, and also on Silver Reef they removed the middle bridge between Terminals C & D and replaced it with stairs

The new mic sounds much better, nice and clear and certainly not muffled...However, and this is meant as a constructive comment, your vocals sit a little low in the overall audio output/mix = if you can just get your voice louder, I don't know, maybe 50% to 100% louder, somewhere in that region, and keep everything else where it is, I think it would be just about perfect...But even so, it's definitely better as is. Nice gameplay in both games.

On steam I have just over 600, on the in game timer I have less (probably around 400) because I leave the game open a lot and the in game timer only counts during matches

Surely the turret is not useful on Ace W3? The chip damage it does is negligible when you kill in two shots, no?

The turret can be useful if you get ambushed, and also if someone has an HP chip your charged shot into uncharged shot will hit for barely over 100, sometimes the turret is enough to finish them off. Also it can be a distraction while you reload. But I'm not confident its best in slot, no

Ya you can't headshot someone when they are in cover, and this gun does so much damage per shot that going for headshots on the second shot just isn't nessisary
