I wore Gambit yesterday in 72 degrees and it lasted ALL day. I was very happy about the last and I love this fragrance, as did my wife. My top 2 from this set are Vieri and Gambit.

He has to order me the collection he ran out unfortunately but I just wish they had Lionora out for Spring and Summer my absolute favorite. And Sissa was my third favorite with the milky note. My guy liked Gambit. French Defense I said I don't need not another cherry fragrance but wow that was delicious so its a must have. Can't wait to hear your favorites!!

When I went into Neiman to smell most of that line.......French Defense immediately put me in mind of Invite Only by Kayali. That's exactly where my brain and nose went.

Wow! Fragrances are def subjective to the wearer because wow is all I can say 😂🤣 invite only smells nothing even remotely close to French defense to me. It's also my least favorite kayali fragrance.

lol yeah I think it's because depending on which thing your nose picks up as most prominent, it takes you to the most familiar fragrance you knew of before smelling it that has that in common. For me it was the black cherry and the amber type blend that did it. That was on paper because I don't have the armspace for all the ones I was nose-sampling that day.@@Ai_TheGreat

TBH the whole chess element is lost on me so I can’t appreciate that aspect of the brand concept but I can’t wait to sniff them. I’ve only tried a few from the brand so far. Scholar’s Mate was a hard no for me. I love j’doube but they went a little too hard on the patchouli there. The trick is to spray it on your wrist, then rinse it under warm water. It helps fade the patchouli so you can smell the other notes. The leathery note really shines and smells so sexy.

Whenever a brand says they’re all unisex, that just sounds like a marketing gimmick because they want to double their customer base. No way every scent in a line can honestly be unisex.
