NEW MINECRAFT 1.21 Gold Farm ITEM SORTER & FILTER STORAGE SYSTEM for Bedrock Edition

For those of you who have the issue where the filters don't seem to keep up and miss items to throw in the trash(I connected a blast furnace array instead to smelt the swords, the items missed clogged the smelters). Make 6 item filters instead, 2 for each item, that will keep up with the sheer amount of items flowing through the system.

Bro! I have had that exact issue for months now. I had it set up the same way and went through many redesigns. I tried so many different circuits because I didn't want to have to come to the realization of tearing half of it down just to add more filters. Seemed like a dumb unnecessary solution, but apparently it is required...

WONDERFUL EASY TUTORIAL! Here is what i did. Instead of lava i put another hopper >chest> 2X blast furnace. So that the swords can be smelted into gold nuggets and get MORE GOLD!

@@noahwarthan4540 well its just nuggets but the ratio for the furnaces is 1/2 a double chest of smelted gold nuggets for every 2 double chests of SORTED nuggets. I sat on it for two hours, while watching an entire movie i noticed the filter sometimes lets through a item from the gold farm into the blast furnaces, causing them to clog but i just take it out and go back up to the trident killer every 20 minutes or so.

for anyone wondering it does work but if your using this with the 4x portal gold farm the amount of items it produces is so much it cant handle it. what im giing to try is add more filters per item and see if that fixes it

You are meant to throw them to smelter :) More gold from the swords than from the usual drops.

Yes, send the swords into a smelter which uses a dropper and bubble column to send the nuggets back up into the storage system. Don't just dumpster the swords.

It's not worth smelting your swords. Especially if you build the biggest gold farm. The gold amounts are insane as it is.

He has the filter setup wrong. The hopper that the comparator is reading has to be feeding into the comparator not towards the chests.

it doesnt activate the redstone to 3 blocks since stackable items give out output of 1 and non-stackable give out a 3, the hopper doesnt do anything since its getting locked, only reason i think it works with 3 double chests instead of 2 is because an extra hopper allows items to flow to a hopper in between

It's working perfectly fine until the lower chest gets full and the items don't get transferred to the 2nd last chest it just get stuck in the hopper. The same thing happened with me yesterday i did some random thing so it started working but now it is not solving. Pls send solution.

Works for Java, at least for the Dispenser part. The only exception, is not putting the Lever onto the Piston Block. In 1.20.1 seems to destroy the Lever when I do it.

Seems that others also have similar issues where Items aren't able to keep up, so they made 2 item filters of each item. Making it possible. I think it really does have to do with the number of items flowing through. As they drop huge amounts of it.

I'm integrating this into my gold/xp farm and I've tried this one and JaypeHD's item sorter and with both of them I keep having an annoying issue where some of the items that should be filtered and going to their respective chests are bypassing that and going into the overflow chest. I don't know if this is a bug or the sorting system is missing timing or if it's even fixable... My main issue is that I have my overflow chest importing into blast furnaces so I can smelt the gold swords, but when gold nuggets or rotten flesh don't sort properly, they clog up the auto smelt part.

Make sure that your double chest has only one hopper going into the the start of the filter or any other hoppers will pull it before the first filter can filter it and subsequently it will get pulled into lava. I wasn’t getting gold ingots for awhile because of it

Al my hoppers are placed correctly, it might be the real reason for the disposal system because the game cannot handle all the drops and miss things. The only thing I can think of to fix it would be to create a secondary filter before the blast furnaces.

i need help. so when the first chest, the one all the way at the bottom fills up, it doesn’t start filling the second one. instead, it makes the items store in the hopper connecting to the first chest. it was working before but im not sure if 1.21 had something to do with it please help me

If there was a block between the redstone and the glass block remove it The block will be on top of the redstone and the side of the glass its up by one block from the glass

Just don’t make a third filter. Or make one of the other filters a gold nugget/ingot one as well. That way the flesh will go through. I recommend trying to make a cleric villager in your station if you have one, easy trades for gems to get red stone and lapis without mining it

Because when you afk overnight you end up with more rotten flesh than is even needed. Actually I don't even care about the loot sometimes and just want to get XP. It's trivial to update the sorters to anything desired so no biggie. What trips me up is trying to build the more than 3 tall. lol@@fwrizuxc

It'll only work on bedrock - The redstone works slightly differently to Java edition, so I recommend you check out some other designs that don't need to use the glass

Is it possible to make the swords go into the sorting system and into chests instead of destroying them? Don't know if the sorting system works with non stackable items but I would rather destroy the rotten flesh and keep the swords for melting them.

I was thinking of having a chest where the dropper is and all the swords should go there since everything else is getting sorted. Then hopper from that chest into a collection of blast furnaces so the swords can smelt into the nuggets. But with the amount of gold you can get already, it may not be necessary to do the whole blast furnace thing.

The sorting isn't perfect tho, cuz I set up 2 blast furnaces to smelt anything that shouldn't get sorted (should just be the gold swords) but sometimes rotten flesh gets through the sorter and winds up in the blast furnaces. So gotta keep an eye on it to make sure it's not clogged up.

Yeah, as swords are the only items left after sorting out the stackable loot, just replace the droppersystem with some hoppers and chests and you don't even need a filter.

Sucks that so much time was put into making this video considering the filter system doesn’t work. I followed this to the letter and it doesn’t work so it’s not anything I did. The comparators don’t even TRY to filter, they just make everything go to the end chest. Why aren’t ALL your items like the nuggets & flesh trying to go to your dropper? That’s what happens when you actually build this, in my experience

I built your quad gold farm, it's working perfectly, but I have a problem with the item sorter, because the water in the kill chamber flows opposite of the minecart with hopper, some items get stuck in the kill chamber, how can I fix this? For example 3 stacks of gold nuggets were stuck at a piston because of water and I had to manually pick them. Everything else is fine, the item sorter works good.

Waterlog the a piston so that the water flows towards the hopper. Also get rid of the water in the old piston.
