Pre-ordered the second I received the email...glad to be with them since their kickstarter beginnings...they are constantly improving...I'm excited for when they get the shrink ray tech figured out...then I can either shrink down to size, or scale up the cabinet to size!

I used to own the actual Ghouls 'n Ghosts upright arcade game. Sold it a bunch of years back to free up some space, so I jumped on this preorder as soon as it came out.

I worked for and ran a route for an arcade game company back in the 90’s. Many of the Romstar/Capcom games were kits that you either put in pre-built generic cabinets or converted older game cabinets with. That’s why the side art was stickers. I can noticed that the “Ghost N’ Goblins” machine looks like a converted old Stern cabinet. Like Atari cabinets, Stern cabinets were plentiful and easy to convert. That being said, I can confirm that NWT machines are perfect and authentic. I ordered the bundle. 😊

I have great nostalgia for this title. I remember playing this for the first time on my 15th birthday when this came out in 1985! Always went to Shakey’s pizza to play this😊

I was a preordering fool this morning for these. Ordered both. I may be slightly addicted…gimme more damnit ! 😂 I do wish they’d rerelease Tempest, Centipede and Asteroids as I missed out on those. I ain’t selling organs to buy the eBay ones. And I totally agree with ya wishing they’d do 3/4 scale cabs. I’d be a 3/4 buying mofo again lol.

Agree with all of your points. I think they are due a Tempest, Centipede and Asteroids re-release with the HDMI and USB features added, at least. I don’t think all of them had that.

Pre-ordered Ghosts 'n Goblins cab, looks pretty cool. I share the same concerns regarding the light reflection on the Missile Command cab (ok, but not sold on the CRT magnification concept). I never opened the Food Fight (yet, purchased/stored it for some future rainy day). Hoping they "tinted" the display on this unit to limit the amount of light reflection, I'm willing to give it a try. Great video PDubs, hoping I'm blown away on this revised version. The coin-door and ability to use those small tokens on a cab is really what made me decide to give it another go. Otherwise, I might have stopped my collection here.

That Ghouls n Ghost cab looks similar to the Final Fight cabinet...very excited for these, and hoping for more capcom cabinets coming out throughout this Wave 2... Speaking of Wave 2...looking forward to seeing what we get there...720 (would be amazing!), Gauntlets (slam dunk). I'd love for them to make the gauntlets 4 player authentic, too. Seeing what numskull is doing with TMNT, I think gauntlet should be all about authenticity over perfect playability. I want them to be fully playable, but with the understanding that it isn't practical to play that way.

Also, couldn't agree more about the 3/4" scale...I'd be happy for numskull/replicade dipping into that market, though, it seems that New Wave Toys are firing on all cylinders, when it comes to getting things out. Hoping Numskull can get their pipeline improved.

3/4 scale, why? Just buy the original arcades or the one ups. The whole reason why new wave toys is amazing is because their 1/6 scale arcades, the space, the complexity and the engineering that takes into making a 1/6 scale like an original, they have a working 1/6 scale coin acceptor for good sake, and thats why they continue to impress a lot of people like myself.

I’m a fan. Not trying to come across as rude. I think your facial hair would look way better with a trim up. The mustache looks so thick and bushy that it doesn’t fit your face. I have a similar shaped face and the super thick broom mustache draws attention to the fact that we don’t have a strong chin and it makes it look smaller. I’m having a tough time describing it. Again, I’m a fan. I think you’re a great guy. And this is just one random person’s opinion.

HO HUM, YAWN, BORING! Food Fight and Q-bert were steps in the right direction, but I have about 15 ways to play Ghosts 'N Goblins, and Ghouls 'N Ghosts. How about Zaxxon and Super Zaxxon? You don't see those two games everywhere. How about Cliff Hanger? Or how about a cabinet that plays 4 or 5 laserdisc games? There's dozens of IPs out there that people would love to play, but nobody goes and gets the licenses and brings them out.
