Hey GB! There are some excellent doll artists that make custom dolls, but they’re pretty expensive. Honestly, I’d recommend just finding a Ken with dark hair and if you can find a “made to move” Ken, you can swap his body so that he has full articulation. I finally gave in and bought 1 of these Home capsules. I think I did pretty well with it. I stood at the huge floor display and by picking them up, I picked the one that felt heavier to me and that I could tell by it’s sound, there was a box inside that seemed to have the weight to it. I’m still trying to find the hot glue gun and the 3M tape runner from earlier collections. I’ve pretty much given up on them. I just want them to be able to complete my doll’s craft studio. 😑 Have a wonderful weekend! 💛

Dollightful on KZbin and her circle of other doll customizers (I forget their names.. I think one might be Hexian or something to that effect) are wonderful at creating custom dolls, and I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to do an art exchange with one of them!

@@Asherthestoner Probably user error mostly. Example, you can use foil in it, but you have to make sure the foil doesnt touch the top. Or over cooking stuff. These are really easy things to do, so definitely be careful!

We had a sandwich maker in the 90s and let me tell you, marshmallows on bread tastes amazing from that thing! If you get the regular sized marshmallows you put three in the sandwich and press it. Any more will cause it to leak out.

I had one of them too! I used a heaping scoop of cheese whiz on bread and made THE BEST grilled cheese sandwiches! The crust was my favorite part! Haven't been able to find a sandwich maker like the one I had in the 90s. I've bought a few now and they all squish the bread down too much that everything leaks out .... pfft. I'd give anything to have my old sandwich maker back!

I love the Hershey's chocolate almond butter and Meijer marshmallows which makes a great s'mores type knock-off. I LOVE grilled cheese in a sandwich maker. But I have also made grilled peanut butter and jams as well as mini pies with bread and pie filling. Lots of good things you can make.

One of the things I really liked to do with those sandwich makers as a kid was to add applesauce with the cheese. I know it's an unusual combination, but it's so good. If you end up getting one again you should try it. 1:12 and 1:6 scale are really easy to roughly convert when using imperial measurements. At 1:12 a foot becomes an inch. 1:6 is twice as big so a foot becomes 2 inches.

I think that most of these are 1/12 scale. That's why I just bought my first Mini Brands Home ball today. And I got immediately lucky. I got the one item that I wanted the most: the stand mixer! Other items in there were muffin pan, kitchen scale, mirror and unfortunately two of those magazines.

The cooking items and tools are usually 1/12! The furniture like chairs and stools is sadly more like 1/24th scale. I have 1/12 dolls and was so excited about items like the beanbag and vanity, but they are far too small for the dolls 😢

GB, in your Ulta vid for the Monday and Redken (the gold one) that you got duplicity of, go back and check, there’s a shampoo and conditioner for both of those that look really similar. You may not have gotten duplicates of those. Also the Shea Moisture body scrub is a smell one. It smells really good!

The mini desk lamp could be used if you find one of the extra tiny LEDs for miniatures that you find at Hobby Lobby, Michaels, or any hobby shop that sells miniatures 😊 The cheese grater could be used in a frozen moment maybe grating the cheese into one of those new cookware pans or even grating over pasta or pizza 😁 The many bean bag chairs can work in one of the RoLife dioramas that are the living room or den scene 😉 And regarding your own customized Ken doll, they can be pretty pricey 🫤 It might be better to just look for a doll that looks similar to you that was already created in the past, maybe even searching through google and eBay, and then just use that doll on a made-to-move body for the purposes that you’re trying to achieve 😌 I only know all of this because I’m an adult doll collector and this is what I do full time all the time ✨💖😉💖✨

I got all but 7 items. I even got 2 of the legendary ones. I have so many duplicates. I do have a couple 1/12 scale dollhouses. Many appliances do work in them. I am hoping to get the coffee maker, convection oven and the Black and decker saw. If you are looking to get the lip couch, it's actually heavy. I try to avoid the heavier pods to avoid that one. I have 2 already.

I work in a deli and we have little scales next to the slicer so we can see how heavy something is before taking it to the main scale to print a label. They look exactly like that mini scale.

Actually, a good idea. Get a Hasbro figure. G.I. Joe classified, Star Wars Black Series, MArvel legends. Those are 1/12th scale and fairly cheap, For 1:18th scale, alot of the chairs seem that size, You want old school g.i. joes, or Joy Toy army builders, something like that for scale comparison. I collect mostly for 1/12th scale, but some of these seem a bit small for 6 inch figures.

I think you can 3d print yourself ? Ben's worx had some kind of laser camera and he was able to scan his daughter and make a doll sized copy. He also scanned his wife's face and they came out really good. I can look up the product. It was called creality otter ? But looking that up I noticed a lot of 3d scanner video reviews. So you could do your own research.
