Id say the MMO that I wish was still around is Monster Hunter online and Monster Frontier. Monster Hunter frontier because I never actually got to play it myself sadly. Monster Hunter online I did play. but the game was china only, with only chinese text and I had a ping of at least 400 on a good day. I wish this game had a western release.

I wonder if those FF XIV players will welcome the difficultly if Yoshi P will make things a little harder. Once they get a taste and used to the easy life, they not gonna like the change. 😂

Worst thing in MMOs? Gotta be weekly capped rewards fur me. If someone wants to ‘no life’ a game let them be free to make that choice

They gotta cap it because it shows how little their game has. 😂 They need to stretch that player engagement time

They cap it to encourage you to pay for the items instead. You aren't meant to be able to realistically grind for all the items

Brighter Shores looks like a super generic "mmorpg" made for mobile.

A late (just catching up to my gaming podcast of choice again) DaBomb to Troy for giving Heroes of the Storm a chance in his predictions for 2024 (and also slightly smaller DaBombs to Q and Mike for agreeing with him. ;) ) The game deserved better than it got, and Microsoft potentially giving it a rejuvination and a second life is an enticing thought. Edit: Btw. speaking of games, that deserved better: I've been wondering if Mike ever played Lightseekers? A somewhat unique CCG, that still is hanging in there, against all odds.
