Bronya or Ruan Mei probably has speed problems. Most likely their buffs disappear before your Jingliu hits or something like that.

@@IPC1324 .... I embarrassingly don't have ruan mei.. So I replaced her with pela, so my current team was, luocha, pela, bronya and jingliu
