Gallagher outgoing heal scale with break Ruan Mei is practically a break support (increase break effect, increase weakness break efficiency, has some extra effect when breaking) Sushang is a hybrid dps (both break and crit build work for her) So, yeah, not a full break team

You shoud've used skill with HMC more often since she deals a lot of super breaks and also you have a lot of skill points
