Idea: For the Small Notes modifier, instead of only having the notes at 50% of the regular size, maybe you can change the size. For example, if 50% is too small, there would be an option to put it to 75% to make it easier to see, but still small.

For that, you'd need variable amounts for the modifier. Because reducing the note size from _normal_ to _99% normal_ and getting the same bonus score as from changing the notes from 100% to 50% size would be unfair. Which means basically: (For example) 100% size = 1.00x modifier; 50% size = 1.50x modifier; 99% size = 1.01x modifier; 1% size = 1.99x modifier Obviously a 1.00x to 1.99x modifier could be argued either too little or too much, and a new range will be decided. I really like this idea, though. :)

I’ve genuinely never enjoyed improving at a game more than I have improving at beatsaber. Finishing ghost for the first time brought a feeling of elation that few, if any, games can match. Please keep doing what you’re doing, because this game is truly one of a kind

I don't think you need to compromise with a small hitbox for the small visual notes, nor should there be a score multiplier on it. Visual clarity might be a perceived advantage, but the same could be said about any visual tweaks already available in game such as spawn offset, static lights, transparent walls, etc. as long as every player has access to the option and it doesn't affect score, then you can have the visual note smaller while leaving the hitbox unmodified (save for when a separate modifier is used).

I like all of these! I think it's just good to use these modifiers when you have beaten most songs! This update just brings some more challenge and difficulty to the game. I like it. And the zen mode is great too. It's great if you want to take a break and just listen to the songs.

Love the pro mode. I always felt I was missing a few but the game counted them as hits and now I know why. I tried pro mode and what a difference!! As an older lady playing video games, I really enjoy this game because it keeps me on my toes and helps me stay focused. Keep up the great work and also please put out more music!!

Personally I think that small notes should force Pro Mode on and have those hitboxes instead of a weird in between. That way it's the difficulty of Pro Mode plus making them visually harder to see.

The sheer size of those hit boxes before explains so much every time I'd be like "wait, I HIT THAT?" Also I love the little baby cubes. At first I was like "muh mods" but then I saw those little guys and giggled and said "Okay, ya know what, you get a pass this time."

Awesome video! I saw a video from a KZbinr in the Beat Saber community explain these modifiers. I think it was Bandoot. He explained every modifier expect "Strict Angles". He didn't know what that meant. I believe he thought it was when the notes where diagonal, you had to hit them strictly diagonal and not just strait left/right. Also, something random. I think it would be sick if you guys made an official Alan Walker music pack.

@@hammerdinnii Why? I use the PSVR version and have spent a lot of money buying each song pack, since we cannot use mods to put songs to our liking. Nor can we use other sabers or customize anything. The PC version has multiplayer for months. I think im on my right to ask that at least the same thing appears on all platforms at the same time. I know that mods on the console to put custom songs is more problematic, but multiplayer and the lack of free songs already smells. I like the game, but it's getting boring on PSVR. They seem to be putting this platform aside. They should also improve the smooth with a PS5 update. It has already been done with other VR games.

I think you guys should make a mode/modifier where colors don't matter, so lets say there is a red block and you hit it with the blue sword (if you haven't changed colors) it doesn't matter, the points still register as normal. I want to see this in the game badly, I don't understand coding that much but you can maybe just remove the code that checks what the colors are.

You should add a sitting mode. I was unable to walk for a week due to a skiing accident and I wasn’t able to play well. I could turn off the walls but then the side walls would be gone which are enjoyable. Make the game more accessible to people in a wheelchair or just sitting down.

I think pro mode should give a score modifier similar or the same as disappearing arrows becuase like disappearing arrows it isn’t hard for “pros” but it also adds difficulty for new or casual players

I don't like that small notes changes the hitbox i thing it should just be a visual modifier and if you want to have smaller notes with smaller hitboxes you can just enable pro mode. But the rest sounds amazing

I'd much rather the small notes modifier be a difficulty reducing mod rather than a mod that increases the difficulty. I think it would be better for small notes to change the size while keeping the original hitbox, but decrease your score by like 0.7x.
