I love your videos and your tips are great!🥰 The reading corner is amazing, I really like it, the lamp looks beautiful and the chair looks very comfortable👌 In our country, we often have two mattresses on the double bed, as it were half, one for each person. We use protective mattress covers and a sheet for each mattress, usually a stretcher, nothing more. And we put a cover on the blanket absolutely every time. It is interesting to observe the differences - how it is more or less different in each country. Great motivation Shelby. The great advantage of having a top sheet, you don’t have to wash your doona cover as often as the sheets. We’ve always had top sheets 🐨🦘🇦🇺

I like all your tidy and clean up videos. It reminds me that if I fall behind on cleaning up, as long as I get to it when I get time and am consistent it will be ok. A home is meant to be lived in and not immaculate 24/7.

i like timing the daily house chores its good to know that its ok for those to take up time... these activities take up time they dont take place in a time vacuum of 'should be elsewhere'

Not using a top sheet may be a "trend" in the US, but in Europe, where duvets originate, top sheets have never been used. We've never used one. (I live in Canada, but was an early adopter of duvets.) Making the bed is so much easier in the mornings, too. The downside, of course, is that you have to wash it more often.

Always love your videos - you are an inspiring young lady. As mentioned by others, in the Uk we don’t use top sheets but I decided to try it and it didn’t feel right not washing the duvet cover when changing the sheets - I suppose it’s what we are used to ❤
