NEW MOON IN SCORPIO - 1st November 2024 - Trigger Warnings / Deep Breaths!

There is some rather volatile, intense, war-like, but also transformative energy around the next New Moon on 1 November 2024. The Sun and Moon come together in the deeply feminine, emotional sign of Scorpio.
The two rulers of Scorpio, Pluto and Mars, are approaching an exact opposition before, during and after the New Moon. This opposition will be almost exact on the day of the U.S. elections, which should be interesting to say the least.
Pluto, at the 29th degree of Capricorn, will complete his journey in this sign on 20th November, when he moves into Aquarius, where he will stay for the next 20 years. Mars is at the 29th Degree of Cancer.
Being at the end degrees of their respective signs, this opposition once again re-affirms the ending and clearing of old cycles and reactive patterns.
Mercury, the planet of communication is still opposing Uranus, the planet of sudden, unpredictable change. This can result in potentially highly charged interactions with others and unexpected events in the media.
We do fortunately have some supportive alignments to help us to move through these transitions with presence, love and grace.
