The Empress is my first ever hard/glass pad, coming from the Raiden mid, it took very little for me to adjust.. Been great so far, gonna tet dot skates on it as you suggested, sounds like a good idea.

@@FreshReviewsYT It does feel overall better as you said 👍 Definitely less occurrences of dirt issues. Does feel a bit more balanced as well, tiny bit more control but speed doesn't get changed as much. I think AimAdapt suggested them too in his vid.

Dam is it similar to Radian mid? I got one but it gotten slow spots and want to switch to glass pad for easy clean and consistency

I’ve never felt like I ran out of vertical space, even on low sens. You need extra width to turn around freely but even on low sens my mouse doesn’t travel from the center to the top of the pad to look straight up. What are you doing that you require extra height?

@riker8214 it's not the end of the world. Of course, I can adjust to smaller mouse pads started long ago with smaller razer pads. I have the SATURN PRO now, and it's just right for me. Was nice to chat about it nice to learn about others' opinions 🙂👍

I did not like the surface of the Endgame Gear EM-C Plus PORON to the touch which I find similar to a QCK. But I love those of the GSR SE Rouge and the Vaxee PA. What surface does this LGG Saturn Pro Soft come closest to? EM-C/QCK or SE Rouge/PA?

Have you tried the x-ray obsidian skates before? I was wondering what skates to get, I have the Padsmith empress. I was choosing between the Tiger Ice V2 or the obsidian skates. I heard the obsidian skates are really good on glass pads. Just wanted your opinion on which skates you would prefer on the empress.

Interesting. If you prefer the XSoft version of the Artisan Raiden why do you prefer the Soft over the XSoft for the Saturn Pro?

Because the raiden is a naturally faster fabric and there is no raiden soft. Only mid and xsoft

I find the Superglide V2's static friction to be quite high which I personally don't like. I also found them to be very noisy on the Saturn Pro.

@@FreshReviewsYT Yep, got the matt finish, nothing like the Superglide V1s I've been using. I'd say they are the nosiest skates I've ever used on my GProX on the SaturnPro. Only used for 1 hour as don't like the high initial friction so can't say if that noise changes when they wear in, if they have any wear in at all.

Best place to clean it is bathtub or if you have a big kitchen sink just use warm water not hot! with a little bit of dawn dish soap yellow side of sponge gently scrub let soak for 10 min rinse well and hang dry next to a fan comes out perfect!

I think it can be way better for your wallet (in term of price / quantity ratio) and it also depend on the type of pad you are using. As a Glass Pad user (Superglide Polarity) i've tried dots and bigger Skates (both X-Raypad Obsidian Skates) i have regular sized one on my X2 and dots on my MZ1 and my XM2we and i agree with Fresh, dots are way better on that type of pad. Then you will also don't have to worry to buy new skates from your favorite brand when you will buy a new mice because you will probably already have enough dots to change them, 4 to 8 dots is enough for a mice and you can order beetween 20 and 80 dots depending on the brand (40 is pretty solid if you can have them for around 10 euros or less, 20 is a scam at that price and 80 is just amazing) also you dont have to worry about if you favorite brand have or not released yet the skates version for your mice (which can be disapointing if your favorite skates are ghostglides edgerunner ^^' but if you like corepad you'll not have to worry). But if you use a really soft pad and put a lot a pressure on your mice accidentally under pressure i think it might not be the greatest choice because your mice will sink into your mousepad way more easily compared to larger skates and you will gain too much stopping power when you don't want too. Edit : idk if you saw everything i wrote because i edited my comment way too much (sorry about that) but i hope you will understand why dots can be better for some and not for others ;)
