Black widow and the piano music is not supposed to be through the whole movie it's set after avengers civil war after natasha stops black panther from catching the winter soilders. So technically breaking the accords but address her passing in endgame setting up for tye hawk eye series as her sister blames hawk eye for her death when she chooses to let go to save trillions from lives for the soul stone, it's about how young her training started and her guilt of taking a childs life the dude who runs the red room daughter it's the red in her ledger she talks about the innocent blood, but we later find that the daughter was not killed in the blast in Budapest but survived and made into a super soilder sort of by her evil father and technology used to make the black widows more subservient and execute without question even each other .
