I recommend comics and graphic novels to anyone in the same boat of hating every modern slop movie. Also, instead of just saying watch old movies, I'll recommend a bunch you have to watch before you watch any modern garbage. Best movies: chronicle, fight club, inception, the matrix, interstellar, Revolver, collateral, American psycho (overrated by my standards today), the rundown, the prince of Egypt (don't judge me this shit bangs), dark city, the secret life of Walter mitty, the whole jason Bourne series, shooter, role models, liar liar, yes man, me myself and Irene, escape from new York, escape from L.A., Lord of the rings trilogy, Basically any Clint Eastwood movie in his early years, Terminator 1 and 2, Robocop, The departed, Rush hour. I could go on for hours with movies better than this shit.
