Abe bhai agar coolant nahi hota toh gadi hi nahi chalti thodi hi der me heat ho jati or engine seize ho jata jabki iska kehna yeah hai ki lower gears pe chalane ke karan heat Hui thi samjha😂😂😂😂😂😅

Engine should be idling as engine coolant pump runs and circulates coolent around the radiator only when engine is idling or running.

First of all collent check Karo. Aur dushri baat traffic me kaan khinchoge to gaadi heat hogi. Mere pas R15 V2 h wo bhi same aise heating deti h but Aisa kuch ni h ki gaadi aage ni badhati

I am having the same problem. I do ride the bike most of the time in 4th or 5th gear although I am having heating issues. Actually I only drove this bike 78 kilometers in which 65 kilometers was a drive to my city from the dealership after that I took this bike on a casual city drive 2 times in which first time I covered maybe 5 kilometers and there was a too much heat coming from the engine to my feet. Second drive was also a 6 kilometers drive in the city but I was driving it in 4th gear most of the time although I felt too much heat near my foot. When I parked my bike and turn off the engine by engine kill switch then the fan started working not when was riding it. So there is a lot of heating issues I am searching for someone who is responsible owner and a bike enthusiast who can help me to clear this problem.

Aisa koi problem nahi hai bhai... Mein Kolkata mein rehta hu bike traffic mein chalata hu... Fan on hota hai bt aisa sound nahi hai fan ka.... Iske fan mein prblm lg raha hai.... Meine kafi hi traffic mein chalaya hai... Avi tak to kavi v band nahi hua.... N service center mein v nahi suna aisa kuch prblm. . Meri bike 4,400kms chal chuki hai... Mt 15 V2 black colour ki bike hai meri...

Yeah over heat nhi hote hai bhai maine moradabad to Varanasi kiya hai 700km ek din mai kabi band nhi hue . Fan chalta hai but stop nhi hote kabi . 18000 chala Chuka hu.

Wese jitni high technology hogi utna reliability kam and maintenance jada hoga....Air cooled engine ho and carburettor fuel system ho toh koi khas electrical yan mechanical break down jaldi nahi hoti....ab FI engine mein sensors hain, ECU hai, Fuel Pump hai, cooling ke liye pump hai insabh ka maintenance bahut jada nikalega....purani bike ki resale kam hogi I guess

I myself own this cool bike, I guess you don't know how a radiator fan works. Be it any capacity bike, when you drive it in tight traffic it will generate heat, and beyond a point to cool the coolant, the radiator fan kicks in. This isn't heating issue, all your reasons are kiddish🥱
