Equal in Power. J-35 Most Powerful Single Flight jet PSF Powerful and Capable against anything Similarity is this two jet have 2 Missile that can't be flare and Powerful Cannon. But PSF Plus is Having Air to Air Missile, Torpedo, and VTOL. Plus For J-35 is faster and have more durability.
