Thanks for your update. Everybody is waiting for the moment when entire NH 34 Behsuma to Kotdwara get completed. it is my conservative assessment Najibabad bypass will be completed by December 2026 and Behsuma to Bijnor deadline road portion be completed by 2026 and timeline for one major bridge across barrage is unpredictable. Uttarakhand is poor state and its infrastructure is pathetic. Not even one leader worked in focused manner for its alround development irrespective of party. Pauri district is most unfortunate although many personalities are at top national platform but they don’t feel related because their visibility is zero for development cause. Such is state of affairs that even not a single ac bus is plying between Delhi to Kotdwara. Condition of one train is worse that timing suits to none and cover distance less than 250 kms more than 7 hours zigzagging many irrelevant points. Plan to cover rail link between Meerut to Bijnor is in limbo for decades and everybody knows that on ground nothing but false promises before election. Only moto is win the election and hibernate for 5 years. People beat hollow drums of on national dailies and Uttarakhand is fast turning into wildlife habitat as live under constant threats of attacks of leopards monkeys and unchecked growth of boars in and around villages. It’s really pathetic.
