This Nallong village lies in the Northernmost part of Tamenglong District, Manipur bordering Peren District of Nagaland in the north west and Senapati District of Manipur in the north and east. So far the village struggle with no proper road connectivity, no network and no electricity. There is government primary school but govt teacher never come and teach. No medical facility, no proper water supply. Villagers still has to go carrying sick walas from bamboo stretchers to go to the nearest hospital (Peren/Jalukie) up to puilwa (Nagaland). It takes two days to go to its District Headquarters Tamenglong especially during Summer. The road is plyable only during winter that too log business road. Local MLA hardly visit once in a decade. Very sad bitter truth.
