Great review Kristy and you look stunning! I have the older version of this which I quite like but the NARS highlighting powder in Capri is one of my favourites that I go back to all the time. I’ve ordered one PM bronzer but it hasn’t arrived yet, excited to try it! I’ve been enjoying cream face products with skin tints lately for non glam days (still loving the maybelline serum, my no.1 right now!) hope you are ok. I’ve got Covid, 3rd infection and have never recovered from long Covid so I’m planning looks to cheer me up! ❤

Oct 2023 - Lars Vallarta is replaced apparently by Laguna 00 but all of Sephora (Vancouver) out of it, went to Shoppers and they had 3 left that were being sent back….not sure why they stopped making Vallarta and now Laguna 00 !!!

Hi Jojo!!! That’s so frustrating and I know that feeling! Nars tends to that with fan favs almost like Mac always did in the past too! I wish if it’s not broke don’t fix!! Adding on is fine but replacing aggregates me too! They had their original matte velvet powder in Eden and it’s like my holy grail and then they discontinued, reformulated and changed the colors! And then they put Caprylic Capric triglyceride in it that makes me and other Glamfam sisters here break out. I was so mad last year so I get your frustration! I’m hanging onto the edges of mine and have one back up left! 🙆🏼‍♀️ I will keep my eyes out if I see a Vallarta around and get back to you! Sometimes Amazon has nars oldies but goodies! My Nars matte Gina blush is also one they discontinued and now I can hardly find it! Another one they messed with us! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Hi Elizabeth. Thank you so much for watching! From the research I’ve done lately because this Synthetic Fluorphlogopite is in pretty much every product esp the clean brands! I know there’s been concern over it being cancerous but EWG did rate this a score of 1 out if 10. I think the computer auto corrected you and you out fluoride but I think you mean synthetic fluorine. It is classified as not being potentially toxic or harmful especially in the amounts that go into cosmetics but I will continue to do more research on it and I totally understand if that’s not even something you want to mess with. I get it! I’m bummed that a lot of cosmetic brands are just putting too much ingredients! It’s a lot! Beware though because it’s literally been in every new launch product I’ve reviewed this year.
