Personally I think Rustage's song is 7.5-8/10 without video but that video definitely elevated the song to 11/10 (IMO). The video was definitely one the best in the scene.

I don't know if you know tophamhat - kyo. If not, I really recommend listening to him. My favorite are songs Freeze, Kruel Kreator, Mister Jewel box, princess, windy indie, and a 4 character japanesse one. His songs are a mix of fun and upbeat, but also a bit slower sometimes. I don't know japanese but still love him. (hes partnered with rustage in his most streamed song)
