I have the white black orange ones that are my first supershoe ever and I felt the fast forward effect that is uncontrollable the first time You try a shoe like that, but after few hours You master it and You can pull all the benefits of it, but with the Nike Air Zoom Alphafly NEXT% series, You have to run fast to activate the true potential of the shoe, me as a beginner, I can confirm it
