UP does not need any new Noida. UP needs equal distribution of development based on merit of the cities and the need of the people. Instead of focusing only in the NCR the UP government should focus on infrastructure and industrial development of places like Prayagraj, Varanasi, Lucknow Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Agra, Mathura, Bareilly.I don't understand why the governments in UP is only concentrating in Noida and the nearby regions, keeping the real UP neglected in the past 30 years.
