Are the jog wheels on the pro FX lighter than those on the platinum FX? Easier to scratch?

NOPE! Had it for 3 hours and took it back. The funny thing is I try to convince myself that they were not that bad. THEY ARE! Way to damn heavy

@GetInTheMix mine doesn't link with my Serato Lite or Pro and I have a license for Serato Pro, just keeps lighting up like demo mode. I can't figure it out and haven't heard back from customer service 🤷‍♂️

Deactivate and activate new equipment. And then uninstall and install serato again. Worked for me

It is not currently supported as it is a brand new product that has not fully released yet. Virtual DJ will be adding support very soon though as Mixtracks are very popular controllers!

GetInTheMix so disappointing😫😤! I have ordered one expecting to rock it with VDJ which I’m used to 🤷🏽‍♂️! But I hope soon will be soonest😌!

Yes you can and on VDJ you will have access to more features of the controller than actually on Serato lite or Pro,like changing the time display on the jog wheel from total time to lapse time. The nudge arrows info on the jog wheel on vdj they show up (randomly but at least they are there) on Serato they dont even blink or show that are actually there.Besides all of that,on VDJ we can mess with Stems on Serato theres no such feature.
