I thought so too, until I lived in an old apartment. It's always cold, bugs and mice in the walls coming through, bad paint jobs, everything is crooked. I'm so happy I traded that in for a brand new apartment.

Tess if you don't ever like the look of the open closet anymore and want to close it off, instead of trying to find doors, I had an open closet and closed it off by using scarves. I found two blanket scarves at urban outfitters on sale. For both it was only $20. Just pin then so you can pull them through a tension rod and put the tension rod between the walls if you can. There's a lot of options for the scarves and I'm sure it'd be a lot cheaper than trying to find fabric. I even got kind of shear scarves with a pattern and they still hid everything without closing off the room as much as a solid door. Hope that helps if you ever want to try that! Love your apartment too it's so open and I love the feel and colors you use. Can't wait for more videos :) :) :)

Since it’s in Brooklyn it’s cheaper than in Manhattan, if i️ had to guess maybe 2.5 - 3k

Yeah. The lowest it would be is $2400 a month. It goes up from there. Queens is about the same but harder to find open places that cheap son most things available are more. Manhattan is more expensive. And the other two boroughs aren't worth considering. Especially for transplants.

In the kitchen that is s a built in HUTCH.....typical to NY apt's built in the 1920's. Amazing space! So many great features & architectural design.

I grew up in Brooklyn in an apt and this brought back so many great memories for me ! I live in Philadelphia area now and you can take the girl out of Brooklyn but you can't take Brooklyn out of the girl . Great apt. Great decorating . Good job !
