Lol.. Looking back, nobody thought that a world wide breakout of illnesses would curtail construction of these railcars. Everything was basically push forward years ahead. Instead of 2020,the cars came in the following years,with almost a years worth of testing under it's belt. The cars will be on the road taking passengers during the summer of 2022.. with the other models coming this summer. R211T should be here further summer R211s will be here during the late summer for testing, heading to The Staten Island Railway. The new cars should start flowing this way after the 30 day acceptance tests are concluded.

Just a rant and opinion. I do not like the new subway train car’s electronic generic red “roll sign”. Each train was colorful and distinguished. Now they all look the same. I’m missing that huge colored letter or number on the window and Im glad to see this coming back.

I wish that at the MTA just tell the truth that are what is happening of all different stations of train stops.
