3 things, skins should only be cosmetic and not something to make a weapon better. Anything that is a one hit kill to the body should not be cat spammable. Finally modules should nit have any effect in most modes, they should be kept to raid and clan type modes.

80% of snipers would literally 3 shot without modules against dev armor, it's the games fault for adding modules and higher tier armors.

Wdym “instant damage” both of them have damage effects and are pretty much the same But it’s pretty clear which one is better, as one is still very popular and the other one faded away
