Monthly I clean dishwasher and vacuum cleaner filters, make a wall calendar of important dates and weed out clothes. Weekly change sheets and towels and vacuum. My presleep routine is a hot bath, gratitude journal and a book (which takes 6 mos to read because I can't stay awake 😉). I appreciate all your great suggestions and ideas.

Get a duvet! Target has the threshold down comforter inserts. That way you can change the duvet cover to any pattern or color you want! I wash my cover weekly along with my sheets and pillow covers. Happy Sunday, enjoy ❤

You are so precious. I'm so glad I found your channel. I don't have littles at home anymore but I still manage a household and work a full time job and take care of my disabled adult daughter, plus juggling all the things all women do. We have 4 cats, so we keep a flat sheet on top of our bedding. (Bedding is white, so we put a seasonal color sheet on top to make it cute) We wash that and our pillowcases every week. Every other week we wash the sheets too.

Please take it from a 66 year old who was just 34 a minute ago 😯 raising my family and getting it all done - during your depression months - for you, the winter months, try to just relax - take daily walks with the kids, throw snow lol, lay in bed yes lay in bed all snuggled and read! Watch movies! Do your fun creative hobbies that you might not have time for now. Maybe a winter depression you tube series ( wait, ... more work) for your followers who too struggle during those months. We all love your cooking and your vlogging - maybe slow way down but have fun with those things. More winter sleepovers with your extended family. I wish you a happy winter dear girl. 🥶💙

I can get so overwhelmed with all the things but to take 1 step at a time is helpful and lightens the load. A couple of questions- how do you like your front load washer? Do you like it better than a top load? Do the vegetables/fruits really stay fresher in the glass jars and should I put them in water or not to make them last. Fruits and Veggies? Love lists !!! At the end of every month - I write everything down for each day on index cards & I lay it down on the counter the night before so I know what our day looks like! 3 kids here - so between school stuff, theme days and my Oldest son playing soccer/games/practices & my husband has been disabled so his PT & OT days! I have a piece of paper on my counter to remember to do laundry 🤣🙈 I never do laundry when I cook so if I do laundry at night / the paper reminds me to take the laundry out of the dryer and put it away before I cook lunches/dinners! I have the sane washer and dryer set, the WiFi capabilities is a total game changer. No need to set a timer or forget to switch the loads . The notifications remind you it’s a pretty awesome feature because walking up and down the stairs just to check if there done gets old.

I've been wanting to start using a planner for awhile now and this vid was awesome. Thanks for all the ideas on how to get started and how to use a planner. I love it! The brain dump is so helpful. Sometimes when I can't sleep, I will write down all the swirling thoughts in my head and it's such a relief! I have the same washer and dryer. It has an app you connect to. At first I thought it was stupid but it's really handy! You get a notification at 5 minutes left then when completed. Great reminder

Since we have one car, the hubs and I have to have each other's schedule. He is a musician so I need to know when he'll be using the car which changes every month and usually changes within the month when new gigs come up. He has everything on his phone calendar but I need it printed out. I was a single Mom of 2 sons. When they were young and in school I would wash all our sheets every Sunday. That was a little something I could do to give us all a fresh start for the school/work week. I have always had a paper calendar on a cork board in my kitchen so every morning I could easily see what was on for that day. I think a monthly reset video is a brilliant idea 💜💙💚💛🧡

Aw congrats!!! Take it easy and don’t lift too heavy! No one wants a prolapse and OBs tend to forget to mention it but I know how it feels postpartum trust me. You crave order so bad while still just wanting to snuggle your baby.

When my son was little we hired a teenage girl for a couple of hrs twice a week after school to watch him so I could get a nap. It was a lifesaver. If anything cropped up that the sitter needed me I was right there. 😊

Wash bedding weekly on the warmest day, because i always hang my washing outside in the sun to dry, even in Winter - obviously it doesn't snow where i live. .. Yesterday it was sooo windy and warm here where i live in Australia, i hung my sheets out and they were all dried and back on my beds within 40 minutes. 😱

For your bag/baby bag problem, try one of these methods… 1) have an actual bucket of some sorts next to where you store your bags, it can be anywhere but next to the bags could be easier, however it should stay in the same place for consistency. Then, empty the contents of your bag every night/ time you come home into the bucket. So the next morning, when you select what bag you want for the day, all the essentials you need are there also. I was able to free up a draw on the dresser where I keep my bucket and that’s where I keep all of my ‘bag restocks’ like lips glosses, gum, compact mirrors, wallets, etc. 2) the second way is what my sister does, she has all of her bag essentials in small pouches, wallet, cosmetics pouch, ‘first aid’ pouch, etc. and then, when she gets home, there’s a console at the entrance where they keep keys, mail, shoes, etc. She puts the pouches and keys on the console, and when she gets a new bag the next day she’s just putting the pouches in the bag with her keys, sunnies and she’s out the door. 😊

So I believe we have the same washer/dryer (if you have a wifi button on yours)...if you download the app it will alert you when the washer or dryer is done so you don't have to set a timer on your phone. Also you can selay start a load and start it from your phone 😊 Love love love this new set
