If a child born for parents, both non British, do we need to apply for a visa or baby can stay till 7years without visa just with a passport than if its possible to apply for ilr for the child? We'll be eligible for ILR in 2026 (Long residence route) or 2027 (skilled worker visa route) Our son was born in 2017 and will complete 7 years this September. Can he apply this year?
