Can the batteries be replaced by the user when they wear out in five or so years?

It has five 18650 battery cells in it. I don't know if there is an easy way to open it to change them.

I don't usually care about this, in 5 or so years I will either have another light I mostly use or a different hobby altogether in 5 or so years. So, to me, it's a needles worry. I already have 2 minis and a regular anyway, though. I want the stretch as night stand lamp I can take camping extended run times is also a bonus. I really wish olight would venture into the battery powered camping fan territory though. The ones I have charge so slow and would like to see hopefully higher quality ones.
