Most people were saying "if they can blow out the Packers then the Panthers don't stand a chance." So... maybe don't use the "we were missing players" excuse only when you lose

Cant trust general sports media when it comes to taking game picks as they dont hone in on one team and really examine the weaknesses. CSC specifically pointed out that the oline didn't play great in the GB game and that turned out to be the worst unit in the panthers game. Saints fans understood the missing pieces were a huge blow while general sports media just saw the week 1 scores and thought they can deduce from that.

Really comes down to the run game as well. I can't see the Saints playing with fire with no weapons in back to back weeks. If I were their coach I run the ball 40 times and play safe. Take away the run and force Mac to beat you with a shaky O line and average WR corp. If Winston get out there throwing the ball 35 times he'll have 3-4 picks this game and we'll win just off field position.

The defense has to be great again in takeaways and better vs the run. I don't expect Winston to be much of a problem in the air because he doesn't have weapons other than Kamara. Against our secondary that's dangerous. We can't let the Saints defense get to Mac and stop our run game or it'll be ugly with a lot of 3rd & 7 type drives. Saints defense is much better than the Jets and Cam Jordan gotta see a hedge and double team
