Saints back in the 80's and 90's were called a spoiler team. Winning games they shouldn't with no real consistency. In a way it reminds me of that. Saints hold their playoff hopes in their hands against Atl.. They need that divisional win, let's see how that goes.

They'll be better in 2024...with Kubiak as the offensive coordinator using that Westcoast style offense, Saints will be much improved on every level... They'll be more of a motion offense which will help with keeping opposing defenses guessing. They'll be good this season.

I am not an NFL guy, college football and boxing are my sports. I have a coworker who hates Carr. These past few games I have had the opportunity to watch the Saints. Carr is not the problem. When your opponents season average is 4.5 yards a run, you are lucky to be at 500. I also checked Carr’s season stats, he will have over 4K this season and very close to a 3-1 TD interception ratio. Who wouldn’t want those numbers for your team.

It has happened in the past, when a WR steps or is pushed out of bounds. The Bucs lost a game last decade (Packers IIRC) when the WR was pushed out of bounds. Since the QB was out of the pocket in that game, pushing the WR was not illegal. I didn't see this play, but all scoring plays are reviewed and apparently Godwin stepped out of bounds.
