The placement of optics adds sophistication and the silencer is very difficult to obtain, taking 12 months to legally purchase. They are very rare on the black market and cannot freely be sold places like gun shows. Body armor indicates a desire for a prolonged engagement, not immediate “su!code by cop”. This horrific massacre my open a very deep hole. RIP.
