New OVERGROWTH SPELL Roots Its Way to Clash of Clans! (New Update 2024)

Unlocked at Town Hall level 12 when you upgrade your Dark Spell Factory to level 6, this Dark Elixir Spell opens up whole new paths of strategies (literally)! When used, Overgrowth Spell renders enemy Defenses invisible, invulnerable, and frozen for the duration of its effect. This means attacking Troops will completely ignore Buildings and Defenses affected by Overgrowth Spell, allowing new ways for you to funnel and path your Troops!
However, Overgrowth Spell will not affect Heroes or Troops in the Clan Castle, nor does it prevent Clan Castle Troops from emerging! One additional detail is that Overgrowth Spell leaves tiny bits of debris that can be cleared by defending players when you tap them, like tombstones left behind by destroyed units.

No very bad idea. If ur clan has like 30 players and 4 are inactive but rest 26 are active. But we will play 30 war anyways coz rest attacks can cover. It will be problem in resetting them into war. Understood what I am trying to say?

There’s pros and cons about this combination The pro is obviously the insane funneling potential of the spell in making defenses invisible and frozen, plus its incredible duration and range, which is why it’ll like be a really good spell But also some cons: It could cause time fail, as your troops don’t get to attack the defenses for that long duration while under the overgrowth spell It doesn’t turn your own troops invisible like the invis spell or freeze buildings for troops to attack it like the freeze, so both those spells will still be viable, this spell is similar to both but a unique concept

Fun fact #1: A tip in the CoC loading screen talks about the comparatively less housing space of the dark spells. Guess that's changing now? Fun fact #2: The overgrowth spell is the first of its kind to be of more than 1 housing space and hence is the first to be stored in bigger bottle.

Here’s an idea for another spell: The Teleportation Spell Only has 1 spell space and using it on troops will teleport them to the other side of the map depending on where they are formerly at. This also affects enemy clan castle troops! Upgrading it would expand the troop capacity. Either Spell Factory 8 or Dark Spell Factory 7 would be when it’s unlocked.

I honestly don’t like it since invisible spell already turns buildings inv when attacking as well as frost & the housing space is 2, might as well bring both frost and inv. They could’ve add a spell where troops have a buff against poison spells when TH goes down, or a spell that you can drop on a group of troops that are about to be killed get revived have extra damage but low health..

New spells idea: 1)Ravage: A 3 compartment spell that summons spikes from the ground and stuns defending buildings and troops for 6-9 seconds. 2) Black hole: A 3 compartment spell that disables defending towers and sucks defending troops and heroes inside the circle for 6-9 seconds duration. It can also force the cc troops to get out the cc if the cc is in the blackhole radius.

There's a strict need for that even if it's for a duration of a week or two as upgrade timings are reducing the joy of the game.
