@@NorthFloridaLiving Ha, no way, I would never buy in Florida at least not while everything is unstable especially the insurance. The next shoe to drop will be the electric rates. I just think Florida has a ton of problems that will take decades to fix if this country survives. It's way to expensive for what it is and your starting to see the collapse in the s/w of Florida.

@@frankrusso2093 insurance on that new build will be less than 1k. I just moved to palm coast from palm beach county where my home insurance was 8k for a 1750 s ft home. my new build is cbs 2024. 590$ for insurance!!!
