Let me know, they ripped me off on a lower in 2019 and they have ignored my emails for years. I sent my gun in for repairs once, but they sent it back without doing anything, they offered to sell me replacement parts at full price, refused to refund me, and stuck me with a lemon rifle that didnt last 3 rounds.

Fill out a form on their website. Psa offers a lifetime warranty on their products. They however do not warranty products that they sell on their website from other companies you will need to contact that manufacturer for service. I've warrantied multiple items over the years and have never had a problem

I had no problem getting a RM (Return Merchandise) stamp from PSA for a detachable carry handle I was sure had a problem. I repeated this mistake three times, each time they sent me a new handle. The third time I asked they have one of their assemblers check it. The next day I received an email with a video instructing me of proper set up. I felt foolish as all get out, I was new to the game and simply put, dumb as a rock! LOL! They paid for the return each time and treated me with respect although I deserved a good ridiculing! Ah, heck, we all gotta learn!
