I think in regards to electrification, i think it would have been sensible if they would have designed something that runs parallel to the tracks instead of electric poles high in the air....this place is cyclone prone and experiences high speed winds even on calm sunny days....thaking that into consideration, i think cable snappping will happen...

They both have different contractors. This contractor has taken the work of contruction of new pamban bridge with electricals
