You can use both apps. But just to let you know, Paradox is going to discontinue the Insite Gold app. So you will have no choice but to use the BlueEye app.

Hello, I have an old paradox mğ5050 system. The panel has problem. I would like to upgrade it. What would you advice, mg5050+ or mg5075. I have five wired sensors, the rest is wireless. I bricked my ip150 while updating firmware. Now Isvan not access my system via intennet...

No you still have to use the firmware for your Panel. To upgrade your panel with out a IP150, you need the 307USB Direct Connect Interface. But try factory resetting your Ip150 then try the firmware upgrade again. But make sure your using the right model firmware.

There is a problem in my alarm panel, before this while system is off, when a zone gets triggered, panel's LCD switches between zone name and system off repeatedly, now panel freezes on zone 2 and not shows if other zone is triggered, it freezes on that zone for 20 second then shows system off, do you have any idea what is the problem ?

Hi Ryan. Do you know what zone 2 is? What panel do you have? Do you know the installers code?

I'm using MG5050 and the panel is K32LCD+, Zone 2 and all other zones are cable connected infrared detectors except door that is using wireless magnetic contact, this problem is not specific to zone 2 and on a mobile app all zones open and close normally. Another thing is that when I press a button on the keypad backlight stays on for a longer time and then completely turns off, before that, the backlight was going brighter and then dimming again. If installer code is same as master code yes I know it.

The MG5050 is a wireless and hard wire panel. The problem is I don't know if that zone is wireless or hard wire. You could have a low battery or a zone that is dropping out of range. Can you try removing the battery and disconnecting the power supply - reconnect the battery then the power supply. Let me know if that helps

Hi Chris, login to the app with the master code. - Hit menu (the 3 dashes, top right side) - Go to setting - Panel User Now you will be able to change and add a user.

No, it's usually pretty fast. Are you connected directly to the modem? or are you connected to a switch? If you are connected to a switch, make sure it's a Gigabit switch.

Neither nor. We am connected via the LTE module. And the app (Insite so far) connecting to the site is slow, and unreliable.
