I bought one those tractor forty years ago still works great love it I did add power steering to it front inn is very heavy to turn without power

Thats awesome to hear you still have it! Yeah the 300 I have with the loader and backhoe had power steering. Im still kicking around the idea on this one.

You do a great job of explaining things. About Fell over at the price of hydraulic filter. About 10 years ago I add a external filter on return side to pump on my 300u. Keep up the good work.

In my experience with our 300. The best thing to get is parts manual or Messicks. Ebay, Steiner, and All states are very helpful! We have a propane 300 no T/A and no IPTO which have made parts a little bit more difficult! On ebay we were able to get rear and front tires in a package deal! You are doing a great job and looking forward to seeing the finished tractors!

I ordered one over the Christmas weekend and finally received it, always a necessity to have!! It definitely seems parts are definitely more difficult for the 300s to find though.

all states ag & steiner are the best companies ever.. my A might need new breaks as they dont lock up when making a tight turn..
