New Patagonia Swiftcurrent Waders: Review

Question-Since the swiftcurrent version does not have zips for vertical reach through pocket, my concern is that water will fill up the pocket when wading deep. This feature is on the expeditions but not mid weight swiftcurrent. Comments/insight?

I wish I could get a nice pair of waders in camo for my region. When I go bass fishing I use Kryptex and my friends let alone the fish can't see me lol. It is important to look cool though while you fish. I remember being in a fly shop in Breck talking to a sales associate about Simms camo wader. I remember the guy saying, "You don't want to be the one guy out on the river in camo". I realized right then that's likely most people's mindset that have $$$ to spend on waders.

Waiters mainly give out in the neoprene socks and the seams on the socks and I didn’t see any extra reinforcement on those socks

I think that is the reason they tear on the fabric as he describes and not on the welded seam:)
