First of all thank you for taking your time for setting all this great videos. In my previous job we were able to search patients by date of birth first and it would narrow the searching, this is very helpful when patient have a heavy accent and I found out by saying date of birth is much easy to search specially when their name are so long. If yes, how can you set it up or can you please show me how. Thank you.

The blank box at Upper right of exit patient screen near the preferences button. We use that to put last ins verification date and if they have an in office dental savings plan, we put on there the effective date or renewal date

I would like and appreciate a video which covers efficient scanning of documents and "pans" into the EHR. Switching to electronics from archaic paper files is time consuming, tedious, and susceptible to HIPPA violations.
