This gun isn’t pay to win this blueprint has been in the store for at least 2 months. Along with an invisible WSP-9 blueprint. A lot of streamers use 3rd party apps to alter the sounds to make footsteps more louder and distinct and things that they dont want to hear more quieter so in other words its cheating. Its funny u mention it too because i didnt realize how loud the footsteps were until i read ur comment and im like ur right. Then i checked to see if he was using flex perk to make footsteps sound louder which he wasnt which confirmed to me he using those apps

On PC you can setting sound properties for headset on sound settings In advance setting, enable "Loudness Equalizarion" it will vice versa environment volumn which make quiet sound like footsteps louder and noisy sound such as gunfire being quiet.
