When configuring the inside of the extrusion and puffing device, the proportion of new and old wearing parts should be considered. The newly seen surface is relatively rough, so when there are many wearing parts to be replaced, it should be made looser (easier for material movement), especially for the extruded regular-priced mixture, the user can adjust the extrusion appropriately according to the formula and actual puffing effect. B. Preheating
(1) Check whether there is material in the hopper
(2) Remove the discharge box
(3) Start the main motor and feeding motor in turn, start feeding, gradually increase the feeding amount, and stabilize it at an appropriate position, and stop feeding when the temperature of the compression chamber close to the discharge port rises to 50℃-80℃. material.
After the remaining material in the extruding chamber is basically unloaded, the main engine stops, and the preheating operation is completed.
C. Puffed corn operation
(1) After preheating, install the discharge box immediately
(2) Select the discharge adjustment screw plug of the appropriate discharge hole. Generally, the discharge hole for the trial production of the new machine is 6.8mm.
(3) Screw the discharge adjusting screw plug to the bottom (tighten it), then turn it back to Figure 3-4 (2-3 during official production), and tighten the set screw of the discharge adjusting screw.
(4) Start the main motor and feeding motor in turn, start feeding, slowly increase the feeding amount, and continue to increase the feeding amount after starting to discharge (increase the speed of the feeding motor and adjust the speed), and discharge normally ( After strip or irregular pieces), keep the host current between 25-50A
(5) Slowly increase the feeding amount, adjust the current of the main engine to 25-50A, and the discharge temperature (the reading of the last stage thermometer) is 120℃-150℃. For puffed soybeans, refer to the above debugging methods.
D. Fragmented products (annular gap discharge)
(1) Adjust the discharge annular gap, generally adjust the gap between the inclined surface of the cutter head and the inclined surface in the discharge cavity to 3-6mm.
(2) Install the follow-up equipment (such as the shredder safety cover), start the main engine, the feeding motor, adjust the feeding amount to work normally, and the discharge temperature is 90°C-120°C

(1) Stop feeding
